Pipeline,
not promises.

You've built the product. I build the engine that fills the funnel: paid media on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, landing page and conversion rate optimization with VWO and Microsoft Clarity, demand generation and ABM, and HubSpot or Salesforce tracking that gets qualified leads to sales fast.

Why SaaS pipelines stall.

🧊

MQLs sales ignores

Leads come in, but they're the wrong companies or the wrong people, and sales stops trusting marketing.

📉

CAC that won't come down

Spend goes up every quarter while cost per opportunity follows it.

🔗

Attribution nobody trusts

HubSpot says one thing, Google says another and the board wants a number.

The demand engine, end to end.

Google Ads Meta Lower-funnel tracking Zapier Salesforce

The situation

CardFlight's ads could only see the top of the funnel. Applications, approvals and activations happened in other systems, so Google and Meta were optimizing blind. The team had lived with that gap for years.

What I did

  • Implemented lower-funnel conversion tracking for applications, approvals and activations.
  • Connected the key systems through Zapier so downstream events flow back to the ad platforms.
  • Moved campaign and budget decisions onto lower-funnel data instead of form fills.

In-house · Ikon Technologies, automotive SaaS selling to dealerships
B2B SaaS Demand gen ABM HubSpot Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Email

The situation

I was leading growth in-house. The company sold to dealership owners and executive teams but had no demand generation function. Pipeline came from outbound cold calling, demos had a 70% no-show rate, and the company averaged just 3–5 contracts at NADA, the dealership industry's flagship tradeshow.

What I did

  • Built the demand function from zero: strategy, ICPs, buyer personas, target account lists and lead scoring.
  • Mapped an account-based program to dealership owners and executive buying committees.
  • Launched an integrated NADA campaign across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and email, with a full awareness-to-demo journey.
  • Wired HubSpot nurture automation and tightened the SDR follow-up cadence and MQL handoff.
  • Stood up Power BI and HubSpot dashboards with weekly pacing reviews alongside RevOps.

What people say.

What clients, managers and colleagues say about working with me.

Faysul strengthened our measurement foundation by implementing lower-funnel conversion tracking for applications, approvals, and activations, connecting key systems through Zapier, and improving the data available for campaign and budget decisions. He clearly understands that successful paid acquisition requires more than campaign management: it depends on sound measurement, ongoing testing, strong positioning, and a workable end-to-end funnel.

He's incredibly analytical, but not in a way that slows things down — he uses data to actually move things forward. He has a deep understanding of paid media and the full customer journey, and is always thinking about how everything connects rather than optimizing in silos. He asks smart questions, catches things others miss, and consistently turns insights into action. Beyond that, he's just great to work with. Collaborative, engaged, thoughtful, and brings a really positive energy to the team. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Questions I get a lot.

Should we start with Google Ads or LinkedIn?

Usually Google Ads. It captures people already searching for what you sell and is the best place to start. If it works, you have an easy path to qualified leads. LinkedIn works best as part of a broader program, not as the only channel.

Our MQLs don't turn into pipeline. What do you fix first?

The feedback loop. I send CRM stages like SQL, opportunity and closed-won back to Google and Meta, using the GCLID for Google and hashed contact data through the Conversions API for Meta, so the platforms learn which leads actually close.

Do we need a paid CRM add-on to send conversions to Google?

Usually not. Google's own Salesforce and HubSpot connections can import offline conversions for free. Before you sign for an add-on, confirm whether it does true conversion import or just syncs audience lists. They're different, and only the first improves bidding.

How do you measure success?

By funnel stage. Top and mid-funnel: cost per click, traffic quality and engaged accounts. Bottom-funnel: MQL-to-opportunity conversion, opportunities created, closed-won and CAC. Pipeline contribution and revenue matter most.

Let's fill the pipeline.

Tell me your ICP, your targets and where things stall. I'll come back with a plan.
